Kids Yoga is a fun class for any child of around 5 years and up. Seaira teaches the basics of breath and simple yoga animal poses, as well as class chanting mantras for calm & peace.
Therapeutic Yoga is great for any level, it focuses on opening up the body stretching slowly, optimizing the blood & energy flow. Seaira guides the class through connecting with the breath in various simple ways to detoxify & revitalize. Mantras and meditation techniques are also shared to clear & calm our mind & heart.
Hatha Yoga is based on building the body, mind & spirit connection from various asanas (stretch poses), including Sun Salutation. Seaira shares the yogic tradition of the Astanga principles- the 8 limbed path of Yoga to gain inner peace and optimal health.
